Weddings bring a real cause for celebration at our gorgeous South Texas Wedding location. Whether it is a small, intimate betrothal or an elegant gathering of hundreds, we can accommodate your every need. Our facilities provide the ideal location for an unforgettable wedding and reception. Broad expanses of hundreds of acres of our own privately owned beautiful countryside provide privacy and an amazing backdrop for the most romantic of weddings.
The white-washed chapel with the tall pitched roof, gothic arches and doors, copper covered steeple, and custom-designed stained glass windows all speak of a gentle, quiet way of life, and reflect the essence of this quiet escape that surrounds it. Antique pieces from French and English churches add to the historic charm of the chapel and the warm intimacy of this peaceful haven.
After the ceremony guests can stroll up to the main compound where the celebration begins. A charming Event Room, and large covered brick patio, all opening up onto acres of manicured grounds provides plenty of space for all of your guests to stroll, visit and dance the night away. Be it a full-fledged gala, complete with band, and all the extras, or an intimate gathering around several floral-accented tables with china and stemware, we are at your service.
This is not just a beautiful, impersonal facility; there is very personal attention paid to every detail to make your wedding unique. Our full-service staff has been planning and putting on beautiful, stress-free weddings for 10 years. We are true professionals at entertaining and organizing events of all sizes, and provide most services that need to work together to allow your special day to run smoothly. Place your dreams in our hands, and we will coordinate the entire day, from flowers and decorating to the foods of your choice even a fun spa-day for the bride and her attendants or a skeet shoot for the guys.
Weddings also have the added benefit of being able to provide accommodations for up to 23 at our Bed and Breakfast throughout the wedding. From starting festivities of a Rehearsal Dinner by the pool to an ending breakfast buffet the morning after the wedding, your guests can truly relax and soak up the gentle luxuries and pampering that we are known for. A Word of ASSURANCE - Please be assured that although much of these beautiful areas near the Nueces River have flooded severely many times recently, preventing access to these areas, Our Property is on a HIGH HILL above this area, is NOT in the flood plain, and is SAFE and unaffected by flooding in any way.
Wedding & Reception Package
Basic facilities fee includes: (Based upon 50 person increments)
- Ceremony Site - Romantic Chapel overlooking a beautiful Valley and lake. Accommodates up to 40 inside chapel - Outside seating supplied by KFR
- Use of Event Room, Patio and Grounds for up to 5 hours.
- Wedding Rehearsal for 1 hour.
- Access to KFR for Wedding Portraits.
- Tables and Chairs for up to 150. ( More provided if needed.)
- All Serving Tables, Sign-in Table and Cake Table.
- Outdoor Lighting of all grounds.
- Restrooms and Dance floor Area; DJ or Band area w/ electricity.
- Free Parking and Parking Attendant.
Wedding Coordination of all KFR Services is included at No fee.
Additional Services Supplied by KFR
- FULL STAFF of Personnel to take care of many essentials, Included, but, not limited to:
- All Set-up, Take down, and Clean Up of Facilities and Food.
- COMPLIMENTARY COORDINATION of all services provided By Knolle Farm & Ranch. (We will also gladly coordinate Outside services such as cake, music and photographer.) --We have 10 years of expertise in weddings, having had over 120 weddings at our location.
- Floral Decorations and Personal Flowers. Our In-House Staff of experienced Floral Designers will execute your Choice of Flowers and decor.
- In-house CHEF and CATERING STAFF provides your choice of beautifully prepared and presented Foods.
- Porcelain and stemware if desired.
- All Table Linens.
- Cake Cutting, Serving and Packaging up of all cakes.
- Non-Alcoholic Beverages (Alcohol beverage are allowed; although we cannot supply.)
- On Site B&B Accommodations sleeping up to 16 at the Headquarters. (Lodging for 8 more just a few miles away.)
- Skeet Range or bass fishing for "the guys".
- Rehearsal Dinner and/ or Breakfast for family and guests the day after the Wedding.
Simple & Elegant Wedding Package
Up to 35 guests. (Please inquire as to prices for larger groups.)
PACKAGE INCLUDES:
- Use of Chapel and immediate surrounding grounds for 1 1/2 hours.
- Seating for up to 35.
- Set-up, take-down and all clean up.
- Draped Serving Table.
- Flowers for Bride and Boutonniere for Groom.
- Ferns for Chapel.
- Light Appetizers and Non-alcoholic Beverages served On the Chapel grounds.
- Free Parking.
- Toasting Glasses with a Bottle of Champagne for Bride & Groom.
- We can include a Romantic Overnight Stay at the B&B, with Breakfast in Bed, if desired.
